Allen Parker

Allen Parker is the Chairman of the TOP Advisory Board. He served from March 2017 until March 2020 as an executive at Wells Fargo & Company, including as interim CEO and President. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he was a partner in the New York law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. While at Cravath, he specialized in the finance and corporate governance, was a member of the firm’s Corporate Governance and Board Advisory Practice and served in a variety of firm leadership roles. Allen received a B.A. from Duke University, M.A. from the University of Chicago, and J.D. from Columbia University. He is currently a Senior Advisor to J.H. Whitney Investment Management and a Senior Advisor to Litify. He is also a member of the Board of Archer Systems, LLC.
